Bake Chicken Gizzard. 1 pack gizzard, and wash it. Then put in small bowl, add season to liking, add 2 spoons olive oil over gizzard. Warm oven to 325 or 350 degrees. Cook for 2 1/2 hours or until tender. To Fry gizzard on the stove top. Hot the oil, salt and fry it until brown. When brown on both sides add 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon viniger and let simmer. When the water drying out and add another 1cup water and keep cooking until tender. Hmmm!!!!!!!!
